Blue Bread Truffles

As the name suggest "Blue bread truffles", so you must be thinking this has to do soemthing with blue bread, lol. The bread is simple but its just that I am using blue content inside so from there the name comes blue bread.......!!

Ingredients-

Ricotta cheese 1/2 cup

Dry Cheeries (1 spoon)

Sugar (2 spoon)

Cardamom powder- just for flavor (2 pinch)

Crushed Almonds (8 almonds)

crushed Pistachios (5 in count)

White bread (4 piece)

Vegetable Oil for frying

Method-

Heat the pan at medium , add Ricotta cheese and give a quick stir. Add sugar, this will melt the mixture and keep stirring it for 5 mins until it turns out into a thick mixture.

Add 2 pinch of blue/pink color. This will make your mixture look blue/pink.

Add cardamom powder, almonds, pistachios and dry cherries.

Mix it well and let it cool off.

In another pan, heat some oil for frying.

Cut the edges of the bread and sprinkle some water on the sides of the bread so that the bread is moist. Dont make it too wet and plz dont sprinkle water in the middle of the bread as we will add the mixture in the middle.

Take one bread and add 1/2 spoon of the mixture which we just made (make sure the mixture has cooled off) in the center of the bread and turn the corners of the bread in the center (just like we make a ball with the mixture inside)

Make a nice truffle or you can say ball and make sure the mixture is not peeping out of the bread ball.......!!

Keep them aside for 5- 10 mins and then fry them on medium heat for 4 mins.

Take them out of the oil, let it cool for 20 mins and now put them in refrigerator for 1 hr.

Take them out of the refrigerator and decorate them with melted choclate syrup by just putting one line of melted chocolate.

Blue bread truffles are ready to eat. Feel the aroma of the Blue truffles............!! WOW, hold on there is no aroma, common these are not rose pettles this is just a dish,lol.........!!

N-joy the dish, they should be blue in color inside..........!!

Thizza
