I still R'ber my nanaji use to tell me that he was quiet young when India was still under Britishers, but I love his positive thinking. My Nanu said if there were no britishers he and his next 3 generations would have never learned english. Due to britishers we had railways and english as the 1st language in schools. I would have been never able to survive in this country without english ;P Also, on 15th Aug 1947My Bade Mama was born and India was declared independent :)
On this ocassion of Independence day, I thought why not make something in saffron, white and green. Happy Independence Day to all my Indian friends and relatives. I am proud to be Indian. I know Ayaan will never understand the prestige of being an Indian and dare if he say something about my country. I will slap him right away ;P

Now for green dhokla, add 4 drops os green edible colour to your misture.
For saffron color, use besan instead of idli mix.
