Thizza

"Thizza" - I know sounds funny....!! Originated from Thepla+Pizza= Thizza. I got the idea for this recipe from Apple Bee's Spinach Pizza.....!! Perfect for a romantic evening and kids love it...!! My neighbor's son Samhith and friend Amisha loved it so much that they inspire me to make it again and again....!!
Desi Thepla goes best with Desi movies, so give it a try on friday when you wana watch a Hindi movie :)

Ingredients-
1. Jalapeno Tortilla or Thepla(Indian tortilla) can be used. Jalapeno tortilla you can find them on fresh and easy.
2. Veggies (Broccoli,Red Onions,Spring onions,Green beans,Red and Green bell pepper, Green Chilly,Mint and Coriander leaves) 1/2 cup each veggie should be enough for making 6 pizzas.
3. Ranch and Southwest Chipotle sauce

Method-
1. Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees. Put the Jalapeno totilla in the oven for just 1 minute. Take them out and leave it like this. We will use them as Pizza base later on.
2. Wash all the veggies and chop into very fine pieces.
3. Heat a pan, put some olive oil/vegetable oil.
4. Put Red onions first, fry them for 1 minute and now put the rest of the veggies.
5. Sim the gas and cover the pan with a lid. Let the veggies heat for around 3-5 mins.
6. Make sure the veggies are not mashed, they should be half cooked. Dont cook them completely. Now, the veggie mixture is ready. Add some sauce for tangy flavor on the veggies and mix it well.
7. Take one Tortilla, apply some ranch and southwest sauce to the tortillas surface.
8. Put 3 spoons of the veggie mixture on the Tortilla. Sprinkle some cheese (Mozzzarella cheese or cheese of your taste). Amul cheese will taste yummy :)Spread the veggies mix evenly on the Tortilla and bake these tortilla in oven for 5 mins.

Your Dish is ready to be served...!! N-joy it with your hubby on friday night's.
Infact the simplicity of the dish might inspire your husband to make it for you sometime,lol.....!!
